Senior Serving Seniors offers workshops and seminars on the concept of the Reverse Mortgage. They
are not a lender nor brokerage, but merely offers information.
The
brochure was really more like a pamphlet: it features a four color (4/0) cover and back, as well as 16
inner pages of information and is used as a promotional as well as informational marketing collateral.
It was designed using existing assets to be a standard-sized 8.5 x 11" bi-fold
piece. For this, we created a 4 color cover, to be printed separately on 11x17 paper, and the interior
pages were printed on a black and white docutech machine (essentially a sophisticated xerox machine)
to enable the client to make changes quickly and easily.
We specifically anticipated short-run, digital printing, since the brochure was event sensitive and would be 'repurposed'. While short run printing is more expensive per piece, the savings results in not having to print thousands of pieces.
